Our Story.

During a 2019 retreat in Fiji, Astute Group founder Taf Mohammed was grappling with capacity challenges within his accounting practice.

That’s when he noticed a large pool of highly educated, English-speaking professionals who had benefited from a recent increase in tertiary education access in Fiji.

After establishing a support office in the nation, Taf saw incredible results and began to offer Fijian staff to support his own clients in the professional services industry.

Today, we provide Fiji talent recruitment and acquisition services as part of our strategic offering, carefully selecting and hiring qualified candidates to support Australian Real Estate Professionals, Mortgage Brokers, Financial Planners, Law Firms, NDIS Providers and Aged Care Facilities.
